Krayin default login: why this server has none
Krayin's installer seeds one administrator: [email protected] with the password admin123. On the Docker image and on any install that keeps the installer's defaults, that login works until someone changes it. On this template it never works: the email and password you set at deploy replace it before Krayin first starts, so there is no window where the default lets anyone in.

Krayin hosting requirements start with Krayin itself: its own documentation asks for 3 to 4 GB of RAM for the app alone. This template also runs MySQL on the same server. The first boot installs the whole schema, so we recommend 8 GB. The image is x86 only.

How to deploy Krayin in 3 steps
No setup wizard, no default login to change.

Choose Krayin and your login
Launch opens the Krayin template in the console. Pick a location, then set the administrator email and a password of at least eight characters. The template deploys in about 15 minutes, the schema install included.

Open your Krayin address and sign in with that email and password. There is no wizard to clear first.

Bring your contacts
In Settings, Data Transfer, import a CSV or Excel file of persons, leads or products, then build your first quote from a lead.

If your balance reaches zero
With a card on file or a past top-up, Krayin keeps running for 5 days after your balance reaches zero. Then it is stopped and kept for 24 hours before it is deleted; a top-up in that time restarts it. We email you when the balance reaches zero and again when it stops. Welcome-credit-only servers are deleted at zero.

Notes
Krayin hosting limitations
- Inbound email does not arrive. Krayin fetches IMAP mail with a scheduled task this deployment does not start. Outbound mail works once you add a provider.
- x86 servers only. The image has no ARM build. At 8 GB the cheapest server is x86 anyway, so the bill is the same.
- Standard fields only on import. Custom attribute import arrived in a later Krayin release than this one. Plan on importing names, emails and standard lead fields.

Krayin backup and restore covers one database and one folder: MySQL holds every record; the krayin-storage volume holds uploads. A daily server image keeps both together. For a portable copy, ask us for container access over SSH and take a mysqldump plus that folder.

What is Krayin's default login?
A fresh Krayin install seeds [email protected] with the password admin123, from Krayin's own installer. Change both before anyone else can reach it. On Selfhost.dev you never need to: the email and password you set in the console replace the default before Krayin first starts.
Is Krayin open source?
Yes. Krayin's code on GitHub is published under the MIT licence, even though some pages describe it as AGPL. The CRM itself is free; Webkul sells hosting, paid extensions and services around it. Running it here, you pay only for the server.
Can I import my existing contacts into Krayin?
Yes. Krayin's Data Transfer importer, under Settings, takes CSV and Excel files of persons, leads and products. It has a sample file to download and checks your data before writing anything. Custom attribute import came in a later Krayin release, so plan on standard fields.
Can I use my own domain for Krayin?
Yes. Krayin first gets its own HTTPS address so you can sign in at once. Then add a domain you own from the project in the console and point its DNS at the server; the certificate is issued and renewed for that hostname.
